Over the past year we have begun to have Oneness Gatherings, a place of acceptance born out of our shared declaration of Oneness to all that is. We use Music and Meditation as a means of finding expression for this shared communion we sense within. Past any ideas of religious doctrine or philosophies of life, celebrating the beauty of life, and its awaking to a new consciousness of compassion. Bringing individuals and communities together in the roots of our shared love and its expression. That at our roots, compassion lay waiting to be expressed, celebrated, worshiped, and realized.

The fastest growing religious classification in the history of our country is the “others”. Those that when asked religious classification check, “other”. Those individuals that feel the purpose and presence of spirit, of something bigger than this human experience; but that something is mostly indefinable. Those individuals, like me, that seek spirit, but see wisdom as something that comes from a very broad brush of inspiration and ultimately from a place within, witnessed and realized in the journey of our experience. Those individuals that find wisdom and beauty in the shared values and virtues of us all. I believe this is a sign of our awakening, not just here in my community, in my country, but on our Earth. This is awakening is not exclusive to this group of “others”, but has found root in many different expressions. We are waking up a new clarity of consciousness that tells us that compassion and healing are not gifts or perspectives to be realized from God, they are birthrights given by God, realized through our shared correlation as One humanity.

We gather, individuals and communities of all faiths and backgrounds, in the name of taking ownership of our responsibility to Love. An awaking to this universal divine expression being realized in and through our human experiences.

That in these gatherings we rise to level of addressing humanities issues from a place of interconnectivity and true genuine compassion, born out of a conviction , a knowing, that we, at our humanities roots, are truly one. We, in this moment of clarity, put aside any differences we may have as to how it is that we have come to be here now. We honor each perspective as to what belief one may have in a life outside of this one we are experiencing together. We humble ourselves before the one great commandment that all great spiritual and religious teachers have taught since we were first sent us on this quest for compassion’s global expression.

Love must be our guide, Compassion its expression. We must liberate ourselves.

Some seek revolution as the means by which mass healing might take place, we seek resolution, resolution brought forth in and through our silence. We quiet ourselves, and allow Love to act.

If not us, then who?

Love’s time has come.
